How often do you walk or run?
I like to go on daily walks because I don’t just think it’s good for my mind and body but I made it part of my spiritual routine. One way to connect with nature and enjoy all the things that around me. I listen to podcasts, music or sometimes nothing. On these walks, I practice gratitude, getting out of my comfort zone and saying hi to people and even dancing out in public because it’s fun and makes the walk more enjoyable. Does it make me look crazy? Yes, but in that moment, I happy and want to show my happiness by dancing, and so I practice doing things that make me happy even people are looking and going to think something of me. I like these walks because, once I start, there is only way back and it’s to put one foot in front of the other. Yes, I can take different roads and take needed breaks, but I know eventually, I will get to my destination because if I quit then the walk was pointless. I can also ask someone come to pick me up but what if they are busy and have their own journey focus on, or busy at the moment? This walk is all up to me, once I get back home I find that it wasn’t that bad and I want to do it again. So I do, the next day and the next day. I love my daily walks.
